Turn existing clinical capacity into a continuous digital experience.

The opportunity is not to replace the care model. It is to make evidence-based support more present, personalized, and connected across the full patient journey—between visits, across sites, and at the scale of the health system.

01

Scale provider support.

Enable existing clinical teams to service more patients with structured between-visit support, without adding headcount or stretching visit capacity.

02

Minimize in-basket messages.

Reduce administrative burden and non-billable workflows by resolving routine patient questions in the companion and surfacing only what needs clinician review.

03

Improve between-visit visibility.

Give care teams a structured view of adherence, symptoms, and engagement so follow-up visits start with context instead of a blank slate.

04

Extend care your way.

Configure the experience around your education, clinical guidance, care pathways, escalation rules, workflows, roles, and reporting—empowering teams to scale personalized support while maintaining visibility.

Example walkthrough

Courtni Jane’s first month on a GLP-1

She embarks on her GLP-1 journey, with Alnu Health supporting her between visits. At the one-month check-in, her PharmD has a consolidated longitudinal view of her journey for more efficient clinical decision making.

Week 1

Kicking off the GLP-1 journey

  1. First injection

Courtni receives an injection reminder to take her first dose.

  2. Photo meal log

Courtni logs a meal and receives portion estimates. Alnu provides real-time feedback and personalized coaching.

  3. Side effects

Courtni experiences nausea and acid reflux. The coach supports Courtni with personalized context and guidance.

Pharmacist check-in

Courtni Jane — 30-day summary

Courtni has completed all four scheduled GLP-1 injections and lost 8 lbs (4% body weight) during her first month. Early nausea and reflux after treatment initiation have since improved.

Nutrition logs opened with higher-fat food choices, followed by GI symptoms. Later coaching focused on smaller, lighter meals and more consistent protein. She also used Alnu while traveling to choose from the food that was actually available, based on her recent symptoms and goals.

An at-home scale lets Alnu see the composition of the weight loss. About half of it may be lean mass, so coaching stays focused there. Courtni also connects her wearable so support can follow her health goals on GLP-1.
